Application	The Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) is responsible for assessing the needs of clients wishing to remain in their home * if a family member meets the assessment criteria for assistance in her or his home, the CCAC will initiate service for them * if they require additional help for a family member, they may purchase service privately, either through this company or by calling other service providers in your community

Description	Provides personalized services for seniors, new mothers and anyone who needs an extra helping hand while recovering from surgery, or an illness * provides care for individuals who are at home, in a long-term care facility, a hospital, or in a retirement residence    Accredited by Accreditation Canada, a national non-profit and independent institution who awards accreditation to health care organizations after a thorough and rigorous process that evaluates and focuses on quality and safety    All staff are supervised by Registered Nurse Managers * all staff go through a thorough screening process, are bonded, insured and professionally licensed or certified
